An 18 year old garage worker is admitted in CWM hospital after he was hit by a private car in Grantham road, Raiwaqa yesterday.
Assistant Spokesperson Corporal Suliano Tevita confirms the boy was crossing the road when the accident took place.
Police have questioned and released the driver pending investigations.
Police are calling on drivers and pedestrians to exercise caution while using roads.
