A man from Taveuni is now in police custody for allegedly impersonating a Soldier during the rehabilitation efforts in Taveuni following cyclone Tomas.
Military Spokesperson Lt. Colonel Neumi Leweni confirms that the RFMF is also investigating the matter to ascertain how the mangot hold of the Military Uniform.
Police confirm that it is believed the uniform was stolen from Suva and the suspect is from Taveuni.
Investigations are still underway and charges are expected to be laid against him soon.
