A 40 year old man is in police custody for allegedly setting fire to his house in a settlement in Valelevu early this morning.
Assistant spokesperson Sergeant Suliano Tevita has confirmed that the man returned home drunk and had an argument with his wife.
It is then alleged that he set fire to the house, which has been completely destroyed with its contents.
His wife and children were inside the house however no one received injuries.
