A man has been admitted at the CWM Hospital after an alleged robbery attempt went wrong.
Police confirmed the incident happened at Rifle Range, Vatuwaqa, last night.
It is alleged that the suspect was trying to rob a shop last night when the shop owner confronted him with a sharp object and as a result the suspect sustained some injuries.
More details are expected to be released later as the investigation continues.
The suspect is admitted under police guard.
