A 26 year old man has been fined $50 and in default 21 days imprisonment for shouting and swearing at the people conducting the Open Air Crusade at the Suva Bus Stand on the 7th of this month.
The court heard that Emenoni Varo was drunk when he got into the Nausori bus and started swearing at the people who were part of the Crusade.
Police Prosecutor, Sergeant Leone Lautabui said one of the passengers by the name of Waisale was disturbed by Varo's actions and asked the bus driver to report the matter to the Police.
A Police Constable who was at the bus-station arrested Varo.
