A 29 year old man charged with rape was today bailed out on $500 by the Sigatoka Magistrates court.
Pranish Chand of Kulukulu Sigatoka is alleged to have raped a 16 year old girl last year.
Chand has been told by Magistrate Mosese Naivalu not to interfere with the victim and to report to the Sigatoka Police Station every Mondays.
Guilty Plea was not taken and the matter has been adjourned to 15th of this month.
