A 40yr old man charged with the alleged murder of his 32 year old de-facto wife will appear in the Suva Magistrates court today.
He was charged on Saturday after going two days of interrogation.
The alleged incident took place on Thursday afternoon after an argument.
It is alleged he attacked his wife with a cane knife.
A post mortem conducted revealed that woman died of excessive blood loss due to multiple stab wounds.
