The 22 year old man charged with the alleged murder of a lab technician in Lautoka has been remanded in custody.
Osea Waqamailau appeared before Magistrate Nazim Sahu Khan in the Lautoka Magistrate court this afternoon charged with one count of murder and two counts of robbery with violence.
Waqamailau told court that he did not wish to seek legal aid.
The case has been adjourned to the 13th of next month when a plea is expected to be taken.
The lab technician's body was found in a pool of blood on Saturday afternoon inside the Drasa based lab by his wife.
