Police have arrested and charged a man who is alleged to have assaulted his wife who is a Magistrate early this week.
According to police the husband who is a police Sergeant has been charged and has been bailed to appear in court at a later date.
It is alleged that the man assaulted the Magistrate after a domestic dispute.
The incident took place at the Magistrates home on Wednesday and according to police the magistrate received some injuries during the incident.
