Lautoka Police have arrested a 25 year old man in connection to the robbery of an Accountant of Vinod Patel Lautoka branch yesterday afternoon with two other men.
The accountant was on his way to the bank when three masked men armed with cane knives and stones came out of a 2 tonne truck and threatened him before robbing him off a bag containing cash and cheque to a total value of $114,000.
The three then fled in the truck which was later found abandoned in a settlement between Lautoka and Ba.
Police are questioning the man and expect to charge him soon.
