Ba Police have arrested a 40 year old man who stole a vehicle after impersonating a Military Intelligence Officer.
Divisional Crime Officer, Western ASP Luke Rawalai confirmed to Fijivillage news that the 40 year old man told the owner of the car that he was a military intelligence officer and he is involved in a Dynamite Operations for which he needed the car.
ASP Luke Rawalai said the 40 year old drove away in the car which was located yesterday.
Police and Military Officers searched the vehicle where they found dynamite and were able to arrest the 40 year old.
The vehicle is now at Ba Police station while Police investigations continue.
More details are expected to be released later.
