Labasa Police are questioning a man for allegedly raping a 79yr old woman.
Regional Police Operations Officer Northern, SP Bola Tamanisau has confirmed that the matter is under investigation and further details will be released once they complete interviewing the victim.
It is alleged that the 79yr old woman was at home when one of her neighbours sent a labourer to look after her.
The labourer allegedly raped her.
The victim was treated and sent home.
