Police have questioned and released a man found with dried leaves believed to be marijuana early this morning in Nadi.
Police PRO Corporal Suliano Tevita said police on patrol saw the 30 year old man acting suspiciously at Vuniyasi Road and found dried leaves after searching him.
Police now await government analysis report before charging the man.
Meanwhile, a hunt is on for three men and women suspected of robbing a 37 year old taxi driver in Nakasi last night.
Police PRO Corporal Suliano Tevita said the four hired the taxi from Makoi and upon reaching Salua Street in Nakasi, they assaulted and robbed the taxi driver, tied him and put him the boot of the car.
They dumped the driver at Farm Road in Nakasi. The taxi is still missing and police is urging people to assist police in looking for it.
