A 45-year-old man of Labasa has lost his life after a bulldozer reversed into him.
Police Spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri confirmed that the 45-year-old man, who works for a logging company as a Chief Cook was standing and watching the bulldozer pulling out a 10 wheeler truck loaded with logs, when the bulldozer suddenly reversed and went over the 45yr old man.
He was taken to hospital but was pronounced dead.
Police have questioned the driver of the bulldozer and charges are expected to be laid after post mortem is conducted today.
