A 34 year old unemployed man of Nasomo of Vatukoula is now being investigated by Police after he was caught with three detonators on him yesterday.

Police Spokesman, Atunaisa Sokomuri said that received a tip-off early yesterday morning and arrested the man in Tavua Town.

Sokomuri adds that they searched the man and found three Boner Jell Detonators along with a few rolls of Marijuana on him.

They are currently questioning the man to establish the reason for possessing the detonators and where he got the detonators from.

Meanwhile, Police in Lami are searching for a group of three unidentified man who threatened a cashier at Lami Hot bread Kitchen and fleeing with $300.

Police PRO Atu Sokomuri said that the three masked men were armed with cane knives and pinch bars when they threatened the cashier.

Police are calling of the public for information as the getaway vehicle was a taxi with registration number Lt.4570.
