Police have arrested and charged a 21 year old man of Namosi for allegedly raping a 19 year old woman over the weekend.
It is alleged that the man raped the woman on two separate occasions.
The matter was reported to police after the woman relayed the incident to her mother.
The man was on the run after the incident however he was arrested after a tipoff.
He has been remanded in custody to appear in court on December 5th.
