A 50 year old man of Tailevu appeared in the Nausori court today charged with 13 counts of indecent assault and raping his daughter on a few occasions between 1995 and 2005.

Command Centre at Nausori confirms the case has been adjourned to a later date and the plea was not taken.

Meanwhile Acting Police spokesperson, Corporal Suliano Tevita said the girl was 7 years old when the first incident took place and she is now 19 years old.

The case is expected to be recalled on the 24th of next month.
