A 22-year-old man is expected to appear in the Navua court tomorrow charged with allegedly raping his 17-year-old sister 22 times over the last three months.
Police confirmed that the man has been charged with 22 counts of incest.
The matter was reported to police by the younger brother, who caught his elder brother allegedly raping his sister.
The victim told the police that her older brother had allegedly threatened to kill her every time he raped her. Their parents were unaware of the rapes.
Police arrested the suspect in a settlement in Nausori yesterday and he was taken to the Navua Police Station.
