Fiji 15s team coach Inoke Male said he is confident of a good outing against Japan in their opening match of the Pacific Nations Cup.

Male said he has a good mix of top overseas players with the likes of Akapusi Qera, Wame Lewaravu, Tuapati Talemaitoga, Watisoni Votu and Campese Ma’afu.

He added the big focus is to qualify for the next Rugby World Cup and he is seriously looking into this. 


The Fiji 15s team will play Japan at 3.40pm this Saturday at Churchill Park. 

Fiji then takes on the Classic All Blacks at 6pm on the 12th of June.
