The Fiji Local Government Association said majority of the mayors in the country support the People's Charter process.
Association President and Nasinu Mayor Rajeshwar Kumar said mayors have indicated that they are behind the process to formulate the Charter.
Meanwhile, the National Council for Building a Better Fiji consultation document is expected to be taken to the people to get views on the proposed People's Charter from today and a number of questions have been raised in the document for people to think about before the Charter is formulated.
The questions point to the clear direction on what the Charter may contain after taking the views of the people.
There are about 38 members in the NCBBF and about 200 people in the various working groups who will be distributing over 200,000
