95 percent of work in restoring water in the Western Division has been carried out mainly in Sigatoka, Nadi, Lautoka, Tavua and Rakiraki, as confirmed by the Works Ministry.
Speaking to Fijivillage, Ministry of Works spokesperson, Sainiana Waqainabete said they are working really hard to get the water back to normal in Ba, however certain areas will receive different quantities at different times.
Waqainabete also confirmed that the water disruptions in the North were rectified within two days after the flood.
Meanwhile, Waqainabete added if the engineers keep up with their pace of work they are doing right now, than the water problems will be solved in less than two months.
