A major manhunt is underway to arrest the four men who were involved in a daylight robbery at MH Supermarket in Lautoka yesterday.
Four masked men armed with cane knives and pinch bars stormed into the supermarket and went into a room where all the weekends’ takings were kept.
The four then stole more than $40,000 in cash and other items before fleeing in a car which was earlier stolen from the Lautoka hospital carpark.
The getaway vehicle was later found abandoned in Lautoka. No one received injuries and police are following some leads.
