A major investigation is expected to begin this morning on how one of the Silos belonging to the Flour Mills of Fiji at Walu Bay, collapsed yesterday which caused the death of 23 year old, Malakai Ratubuli.
Police and National Fire Authority officials managed to recover the body after 5pm yesterday.
According to Police spokesperson, Atunaisa Sokomuri the OHS Department of the Labour Ministry will also assist in the investigations.
