A 30 year old man charged with 3 counts of larceny of Postal Packets will appear in Nasinu Magistrate Court today.
The suspect employed as a driver at Post Fiji Mail Center, Laucala Beach Estate used to deliver mails to other Post Offices and when delivering mail, the suspect used to open and steal the contents in the mails.
The incident took place between last year December to January this year.
Police are asking members of the public who have expected to receive mails from relatives but are yet to receive them to call in at Valelevu Police Station and to identify some items which were recovered from the suspect.
