Two magistrates, who were sworn-in by outgoing President Ratu Josefa Iloilo earlier this year, have been sacked by Ratu Iloilo.
Former Chief Magistrate Ajmal Gulab Khan and Magistrate Maika Nakora received their termination letters over the past few weeks.
Permanent Secretary for Information Lieutenant Colonel Neumi Leweni said both magistrates breached the conditions of their contract.
He said he will not divulge the details of the breach and the services of the two magistrates are no longer required.
