The High Court has given more time to the suspended Nadi Magistrate Sayed Mukhtar Shah, to reconsider his application against the Judicial Service Commission.
The application for Judicial Review by Shah was called in the High Court before Judge Justice Hickie for mention this morning.
Shah's lawyer Iqbal Khan asked the court for more time to consider their position in this case and they have been given 14 days by the High Court.
The case will be called on 27th August.
Shah is challenging his suspension two months ago pending investigations by the Judicial Review Commission.
