Waisale Serevi is known as the King of 7s rugby worldwide, and this time around it is a journey as a technical adviser for the URF International side at the two day Uprising Fiji International 7s.
While speaking at his welcoming ceremony today, the Qarani native from Gau said he always has Fiji at heart and he is always willing to help out because of cherishing memories.
Serevi also passed on a timely message for all potential rugby players who are eyeing the national jumper.
Serevi is sponsored by LICI to be part of the Uprising International 7s and will work with Frank Boivert.
The URF International side is pooled with Aussie Thunderbolts, LICI Army and Blue Gas Lautoka.
The Uprising Fiji International 7s men’s competition kicks off at 10am tomorrow at the TFL National Stadium between the Digicel Fiji Barbarians and Marist.
