Simon Macartney, who has been again charged with murder in relation to the death of his wife, will be appearing in court this morning.
Macartney has been charged with murder over the weekend and appeared in a special court sitting yesterday where he was remanded in custody.
Simon McCartney walked out of court a free man last Tuesday after Magistrate John Semisi denied an adjournment sort by Police Prosecutor Bhawani Prasad as investigations against him were incomplete. He surrendered himself to police on Thursday afternoon.
26 year old Ashika Lata Macartney who was reported missing soon after she arrived in the country from Australia last month, was found dead along Deuba highway last week.
