Chairman for the Electoral Commission, M.K Sahu Khan has passed away this morning.
His daughter-in-law Yasmin Sahu Khan told Fijivillage that he complained of chest pains this morning at around 1 o'clock and was rushed to the Ba Mission Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
He is survived by his wife and two sons. Khan also worked in the civil service.
He will be laid to rest on Monday.
