After nine years, Morris Hedstroms City Center in Suva opened its doors for customers at midday today with a big crowd waiting to have a look inside.
For many people the location has a lot of memorable significance being known as the meeting point, located in the heart of the capital.
Village News spoke to a number of shoppers who used to shop at the old MH's store who are amazed with what they have seen today in the new complex.
Most of the staff who were employed at the old MH have been retained after the building was destroyed in a fire on December 4th 1998.
