The much awaited Morris Hedstroms Supermarket at the MH City Center in Suva is expected to open its doors for customers at midday today.
General Manager, Kunaseelan Sabaratnam confirms that people can take advantage of a wide variety of goods that are usually sold at the Overseas Standard Departmental stores.
He says people can also refresh their memories at the MH Food Hall which used to be known as a meeting point for many people.
Most of the staff who were employed at the old MH Food Hall have been retained after the building was destroyed in a fire on December 4th 1998.
