Get ready to get a glimpse of the second total lunar eclipse of 2007 at 10.37 tonight Fiji Time.

This will see the Moon fall into the Earth's deep shadow taking a lustrous red or orange hue.

The moon does not disappear from view during a full eclipse, but is shielded by Earth for about 90 minutes from the Sun's direct light.

Total lunar eclipses normally occur every couple of years, but this year we have had two. The other was 6 months ago on March 3rd.

If you miss out tonight, your next chance will be on February 21 next year and if you miss out on that the you have to wait until December 2010.
