Fiji Football Association President, Doctor Samshu Dean Sahu Khan has today revealed that alot of money has been thrown around in the election campaign from candidates, trying to get votes to get people to elect them.
Speaking to Fijivillage sports, Doctor Sahu Khan said that it has even gone to the extent that sponsors are threatening to withdraw their sponsorship, if the candidate they vote for does not get elected.
Looking at results from yesterday's competition, Navua beat Rewa by 2 goals to nil, Lautoka beat Tavua 1-nil, Suva and Labasa game ended in a nil-all draw while Nadi lost to Ba 1-nil.
Meanwhile, in the first Super Premier match at 10.15am Tavua will take on Nasinu while at 11.30 Nadroga and Rewa will face off which will have the live commentary on our sister station Radio Sargam.
