The Melanesian group living in the Namara settlement that was given eviction notices from the Housing Authority is calling on the authorities to again see to their plight.
Spokesperson Joseva Selo said the eviction notice has expired this week so they are not sure whether to leave their houses as they have lived there for the past decade.
Selo confirmed out of the 160 families only four families have moved away from Namara.
Meanwhile, Housing Authority will develop the site for Housing Authority flats and the construction work will last for the next two years.
