The Fiji Retailers Association hopes that the 2010 National Budget to be announced this Friday, is a long term plan budget.
President Himmat Lodhia said retailers have lost out on their shopping market through excessive duty on some items.
Lodhia said he hopes duty free shopping will be brought back to attract more tourists and visiting relatives.
Lodhia adds they are hoping for more business-set-up incentives to create employment, so people can have money in their pockets.
