The chiefs of the Lomaiviti province believe that the review of the role of the Great Council of Chiefs will be the way forward for the country.
After meeting with them on Thursday in the old capital, GCC review team secretary, Ratu Josateki Nawalowalo, said that the Lomaiviti province has shown its full support for the GCC to be reviewed for the betterment of good leadership that has been lacking in the past.
The GCC review team is still in Kadavu to hear the views of the chiefs of the 9 districts in Kadavu and will be back in Suva this afternoon.
