The Fiji Police Force has forwarded the file of Timoci Lolohea to the Director of Public Prosecutions Office who had promised thousands of people jobs in Kuwait a few years ago.
Police Spokesperson Sergeant Atunaisa Sokomuri said they are now awaiting a decision to determine their next course of action.
Lolohea came back in limelight again this year, going around freely with a big sign outside his house of another recruitment drive for Dubai.
Back in 2004 and 2005, the Fiji Police had started investigating Timoci Lolohea who said that he was the recruiting agent for Meridian Services in Fiji.
He allegedly obtained over $3 million dollars from 20,000 people.
