Meridian Services Agency Limited's Timoci Lolohea has pleaded not guilty to the charge of failing to obtain the authority from the Labour Minister contrary to Regulation 4 of the Employment Promulgation, before the Employment Relations Tribunal this morning.

Lolohea was ordered late last month to refrain from recruiting by enlisting, registration, placing advertisement for filling of vacancies and offering of employment contracts for and on behalf of an employer to applicants for employment outside Fiji islands.

A hearing date is set for 20th May on the matter.

Police are yet to reveal more about their investigation against Lolohea.
