The President of the Fiji Retailers Association has welcomed the Trade and Commerce Minister's warning to retailers to stop using the "No Refund" sign in shops anywhere in Fiji.

Himmat Lodhia said instead of putting the no refund signs, traders should have other signs such as "choose carefully or if goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Fair Trading Decree 1992."

However, Lodhia said policing of these practices should not be immediate as a lot of training on this should be given to the retailers.
