Two locals aged 44 and 33 years are expected to appear in court later today after they were arrested by Australian Police last week for stowing-away in a container vessel.

The two unlawfully boarded the MV Captain Tasman at Suva Wharf on last Monday bound for Australia and were arrested on Saturday at Brisbane Harbor and escorted back to Fiji on an Air Pacific flight.

They are expected to appear in court today.

Meanwhile, police are hunting for a man who allegedly raped a 15 year old girl at a settlement in Navua.

The victim was alone at home when the man entered and threatened her. He then allegedly raped her.

The victim received injuries during the attack. Police have the identity of the man and he is expected to be arrested soon.
