A number of local based players will get a taste of an international test match this weekend when Flying Fijians head coach Samu Domoni Jnr names his team to face Italy on Sunday.

With players like Malakai Ravulo, Michael Tagicakibau injured and Seremaia Bai and Ifereimi Rawaqa leaving the team, Domoni will pick his final 22 players from the 26 who are still in Italy.

Players like Vesi Rarawa and Jimilai Nakaidawa are yet to play on the tour while Setefano Somoca and Seveci Taka have been used from the bench in the last two tests.

Manager Talemo Waqa has confirmed that after the 16-all draw against Wales last Saturday, they will give all of the players a chance to impress the coaches in their last game against Italy.

The Fiji/Italy match kicks off at 3am Sunday.
