For 2008 to be a better year for all workers and for economic growth to occur, local needs must be taken care of first.
This is the view of the Fiji Nursing Association General Secretary, Kuini Lutua who said that these local needs are often forgotten by political leaders.
Lutua adds that once quality service is given back to the people, in return there will be a satisfied population that will be able to make positive contributions to the economy.
