Local based players need to improve their game standards to be considered for international matches.
These are the sentiments of Fiji Rugby Union CEO Keni Dakuidreketi when asked by Fijivillage Sports why there were more overseas based players in the Flying Fijians first line up on the Europe Tour as opposed to local based players.
Dakuidreketi said that the team on the Northern Hemisphere Tour is a good team, however more time together would have made a huge difference in the results.
The Flying Fijians team left their hotel in Dublin this morning and are on their way to Romania for their last Test match.
The Fiji/Romania game kicks off at 3am on Sunday.
