The Fiji Local Government Association president said they want the Review Committee's Report on the Local Government Act made public before January 31st next year.
Peni Volavola said the interim government did not consult or discuss with them about the dissolution of the municipal councils.
However, he said the Association wants to see the report.
Meanwhile, Volavola said they will be meeting with the Interim Local Government Minister Filipe Bole to discuss about the dissolution of the councils by this Thursday.
The interim government has informed all the town and city councils that before 31st January next year, all the councilors are to hand in their council mobile phones, motor vehicles, computers and other items to their town clerks and chief executive officers who will be looking after council affairs.
