The list of those civil servants 55 years and over to be compiled by the various ministries has not been completed.
This has been confirmed by PSC Chair Dr Mohammed Yunus who said he is still waiting for word from the Ministries adding once this is done then their next step will be decided.
Yunus refused to comment further adding it is best to talk after the Union's appeal case on the retirement age is heard in the Supreme Court tomorrow morning.
The Unions are seeking a permanent stay on the decision by the High Court's earlier decision to reduce the retirement age from 60 to 55.
