The Interim Transport and Works Minister, Manu Korovulavula has confirmed that the licensing fees for the Land Transport Authority will go directly to the Finance Ministry.
Speaking to Village News, Korovulavula also revealed that the plan to merge the LTA with the Department of National Roads is not going to eventuate, as the Finance Ministry will directly allocate the money for the maintenance of the road.
