These are the words of Information Ministry Deputy Secretary Major Neumi Leweni on the criticisms received from the Former Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase, the Former Interim Finance Minister Mahendra Chaudhry and NFP General Secretary Pramod Rae on the Interim Government's expulsion of Acting High New Zealand High Commissioner Caroline McDonald yesterday.
Qarase had said the expulsion was uncalled for, unnecessary, undiplomatic and immature, adding that Fiji cannot afford to isolate itself from other countries.
Chaudhry had said it is a most unfortunate action that will not be taken well in the Pacific Island Forum Leaders meeting next month in Port Moresby while Rae had said the party is cautious as there is a fear that the interim government could also take actions against political parties who meet with diplomats.
