People living in Levuka have been asked to use water sparingly and to bear with the Water Supply Department as they too will be affected by water cuts.
Water Supply Department Spokesperson Maika Nagalu said those living in Ovalau will also be affected due to the low water levels and the current dry spell Fiji is going through.
Meanwhile, Veisari resident, Bale Litia said they have not had water since Thursday last week, with no water trucks visiting the area adding they are finding it very hard to make do with what little water they have left, which will not last long.
Residents living in the high areas of Samabula, Namadi Heights, Lami,and Delanavesi right up to Veisari, will be getting low water pressure in their taps as the water supply department will also start rationing supply to these areas from tomorrow.
