This is the message from Earth Hour organizers as the countdown to Earth Hour narrows to a few more hours.
At 8.30pm tonight, Fiji will join more than 4000 cities and towns across 125 countries and regions which will switch off their lights for Earth Hour in an historic moment of global unity.
Earth Hour Coordinator Losana McGowan says there is a special event that will be held at Sukuna Park tonight to mark the occasion.
The first activity in support of the lights out campaign was held this morning with a Clean Up Campaign around the Suva and Lami town area by volunteers.
Fiji joins billions worldwide supporting the campaign with 812 icons and land marks like the Big Ben in London, the Sydney Opera House all expected to turn off their lights for one hour tonight.
