The Health Ministry is seeking legal opinion from the interim government's legal arm, to see if an injunction can be filed to stop Dr Sachida Mudliar from practising medicine.
Health Spokesperson, Iliesa Tora said Dr Mudliar is not allowed to practice as he is not registered by the Medical Council.
Dr Mudliar started his private practice from Monday this week in Nabua.
